Is it really that hard to say "please" or "thank you"? To hold the door open for someone, or move out of the way when "excuse me" is said? Is it so hard to respect your elders these days; giving them the right of way in the pedestrian race, giving them the comfiest chair in your house/seat on the bus? C'mon, these people deserve some respect! I am appalled that the younger generation barely gives me any, thinking it's their right to speak to me like dirt or to back-chat. If I'm only in my mid-20's and it's happening to me NOW, what in the world does the future hold when I am elderly!?
A scary thought.
